![]() Senior Officer 52 Posts | The idea to have a kin Discord channel has been brought up. We've tried something similar in the past, and there wasn't much interest. However, that was the past, and times change. This is a poll to gauge whether or not there's enough interest at this time to start a kin Discord channel. |

![]() 1 Post | I would hate it. If it killed activity on the guild chat channel or led to only people talking in Discord being allowed in guild activities it would be very sad. |

![]() Officer 7 Posts | The advantage to discord is better sound quality for voice communication in raids and groups, the disadvantage would be that unless everybody in the raid/group has discord set up, it does little good. |

![]() Kin Leader 533 Posts | As most of you know, I am not a gamer. I am a mom of 3 gaming children & have a gaming husband. I am a book and film geek in which LOTR is highest in the rating. Because I am not a gamer, I don't burden kinsfolk with my lack of skill, poor gear & virtues by joining raids, etc. I help others on quests as a last resort. So, I abstain from this vote since it is something I will not use but will support if the kin wants it. Leader & Mom of the Oathsworn! :) |

![]() Senior Officer 55 Posts | I don't participate in group activities so I'll also abstain from this vote, but I think having a discord channel could potentially be useful (as long as we don't have Roti leaving his AC on right ;) ?) crunching on those frozen tater tots |

Deleted Member | I'm all for it, since I cannot seem to get my mic/headset to work within LotRO for years now. I've tried every setting and adjustment out there, so a 3rd party solution works for me. |
